jb's base littlechilie Madras

Testing out Jb's Base,Test Madras.
Very pleasing result with a flavour in line with my local TA, In fact it's hard to make a decision on my preference.  :)
Good news indeed.

Photo of a Madras in Chef pan with Chef spoon, just to avoid confusion  ;D

Yep can't beat a nice bit so sauce to mop up with Naan  :)

Looks great there lc, madras has to be a thinnish sauce to go with the rice and as you say to mop up with the garlic nan breads at the end  ;) damn your pic is making me hungry again

Maybe the pan and spoon are really large and that each piece of chicken is really a breast  :o

That looks lovely,spot on in fact,it reminds me of the madras my local does.Not thick,but quite runny...hope it tastes as good as it looks.
