All looks good Andy. Looking at the poppadoms makes me wish I'd kept my album rack from the 70's. Also your kitchen looks tidier than mine. Mine usually looks like someones just put a banger in the curry.

And the red chopping board is for raw meat, not vegetables.  ::)

That would be the other side of the red chopping board you are referring to!
At one point it was a bomb site, onions mix powder and tomatoes all over the floor, the hob was sandblasted with curry, I thought I had pictures but for some reason my phone doesn't save everything.
Great fun had by all !

Morning UF it is basically made up as I go along using leftover ingredients from the other curries. It was hot but not as hot as I normally make it, basically it was
Good handful of chopped red and white onions and green pepper ,6Tb veg oil, with 2ts garlic, 2ts ginger, 2tb green chilli paste, 3 chef spoon blended toms, 1 ts naga masala seasoning, 1 ts naga chilli powder, 1 ts  Deggi mirch, ,1ts abdul 8spice mix powder, 1 dried naga bhut jolokia (rehydrated in water then sliced), 1/2 ts all purpose seasoning, coriander.
All cooked in the usual way, it produced what I and 2 others thought was the tastiest curry, once you got used to the heat. Some were scared to try it though, but it wasnt as hot as I have had before and all the more tasty for it
