I'll go along with bunjarra i think. I have made CBM's bunjarra before and it is lovely so I can see that it would compliment this dish

So what's the difference?

How about (a) the fact that you posted your scanned paqe some time ago, so Admin has had a chance to notice it and act; (b) that the copyright infringement was immediately brought to your attention in-thread; and that (c) Livo has the courtesy to note copyright and invite the moderators to remove it if they wish ?  Three pretty fundamental differences, I would suggest.
