Hi Naga

You wont be disappointed with ChrisWG's recipe, it won the group test. It, along with CA's are my two favourites. ChrisWG is oniony and savoury where CA's in aniseedy, minty and slightly sweeter.

Happy Birthday Loup and hope you enjoy your curry. Its while since I've been to Alsager. Coincidentally its my birthday weekend this weekend but unfortunately 40 passed me a few years ago (along with 50  :-\). Curry though is definitely on the menu tomorrow.  :)
