Lovely scewers and what's on them don't look half bad either  :P  Only ever eaten these when made with lamb although i have made them with pork for people.  Whose recipe did you use?  I was fortunate enought to pick up some remaindered  ::) lamb mince from Tesco on Sunday.  Made myself up a kilo of sheek kebab mix and froze it for kebabs or use in my keema rice  :)
