Rich - thank you for the recipe but your whole post seems 'infected' with strange symbols.

For example, the first two ingredients are listed as follows, with no sign of any quantity as far as I can see.

I haven't seen strange symbols just bullet points before the ingredients, then on the method simple 1 - 10, what are you experiencing?

Hi Guys

Oil in a pan usually a chef's spoon - or 2 tablespoon sorry!!
Garlic / ginger 1 tbsp.
the rest is listed 3 chopped onions - 8 chopped tomatoes

hope that helps

this was a very pleasant change indeed from chicken - in fact its inspired me to go and by a leg of lamb and cook some more.......
