The Raj: Protaras Cyprus?
« on: April 21, 2017, 06:48 AM »
Has anyone ever ate here before?
Wouldn't normally ask but we are flying home tomorrow and I don't want the flaming adjabs on a four and half hour flight!

Egg ?  EGG ???  Surely you have not forgotten Edwina Currie so soon.  And chips ?  Just ensure that they haven't been cooked at more than 170C, otherwise there could be carcinogens in the crispy outer bits !  Personally I'd stick with the chicken phal -- even Clostridium difficile wouldn't survive more than a minute or two in concentrations of capsaicin that great ...

I blew it out and went local...I know, I know, an opportunity missed but I will likely be back there and will try it when I don't have a flight next day.
By the way we are off to Sorrento on Monday...any tips on eateries aside from the A'lantica?

Supposed to be a good kebab place at via santa maria della piet.  Will be trying it in June.

Andama on the high street and Nissiotis on the beach were both very good.
Avoid anything pretending to be a pub and anything named after a TV programme.
