Tomatoes - to peel or not

Guys

do you peel your tomatoes or not? Sometimes if i use cherry tomatoes the skins come off and separate and sit in the sauce and they are not very appealing.

No.  But when I make onion-and-tomato salad, I slice the tomatoes in four and suck the juice out of each quarter before cutting the remaining flesh and skin into thin strips.  If the juice and pips are left in, it makes the salad too liquid.

Mental note: politely decline sliced tomatoes when offered at Phil's house.  ;D

I don't peel them as the skin adds some extra texture to the curry.
