Hi guys.
I'm looking for a Sizzling Tandoori Recipe, the one you get at an Indian Restaurant which is served on a sizzling plate.
Anything would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi djossie. Check out the tandoori and tikka board in the starters section here:

Blades and Mickdabass recipes work really well. Then prep your sizzling dish, nice and hot, dash of oil, hand full or chopped onion, pop on the cooked tikka/tandoori and a squirt of lemon juice round the edge of the dish to get all that lovely smoke and beautiful smell.
And if you haven't got a sizzler, go here:

Been meaning to get a sizzler for a while, god knows why I didnt put 1 on my xmas list
djossie I can vouch for Blades Tikka (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php/topic,874.msg7973.html#msg7973), very tasty indeed, I use Laziza instead of Pataks

Thanks are due entirely to Unclefrank for the link Keith. It's the new site for Dadibhais. Here's another useful link for equipment if you're not fortunate enough to have a asian store / wholesaler nearby.
