Hi im Faizal, Weekends are curry cooking days. Living in Birmingham we are blessed wit almost everything curry related.

Indeed you are.  I was staggered to learn last weekend that Mrs Bari regularly travels from Bodmin in Cornwall to Birmingham^[1] in order to buy the spices that she needs for her business^[2].  Welcome aboard, Faizal.
