Title: chewytikkas none ginger base gravy and other recipes please?

Hello all

Does anyone know anywhere chewytikka has his recipes in written format ie Dopiaza, Rogan Josh, Bhuna and apparently he has a base gravy that does not include ginger?

ANyone help?

I don't believe I've seen many CT recipes in written form other than the ones in Andy's Word document and I'm not sure they were authorized. I seem to recall reading something about them being not so.  Anyway the document is available here somewhere.
Chewy's videos are readily available (My Gora Kitchen, Myshuvids- My Curry Kitchen) and you do what I do and that is watch them and transcribe to notes as you go. Use the pause button, navigate back and forth etc.  He has made a few base gravy recipes but I'm not sure a bout any particular one that is non-ginger.

If your concerned about ginger just leave it out.
