You may be right CT but it's pretty readily available online.  I had no difficulty finding several other sites to read / download it.  This from another forum site in 2006.

it`s just an ebook while the hard bound is paid.

But Ebook (originally) is free.

And yes Freely Downloadable.

Where does this video come from (private dvd or online like youtube) ?
Anyway the author can contact me if he wants it to be removed, or make a DMCA complaint.
