Title: First Curry Beano Supper of 2019
Post by: chewytikka on January 03, 2019, 12:49 AM
First Curry Beano of 2019

Hot and spicy Naga Murgh with a Mushroom Pilau and Chips
Naan and flamed Pops.
The chicken fillets were stripped off a roasted bird, my favourite
way of cooking chicken at the moment,  ;D lush.

Up to your usual standard, Chewy. Looks delicious!

Just to add to the base gravy fun - I made my latest batch on Christmas Eve! Tonight will be our 3rd curry since then.

Need to have a think about what it's going to be now!

Just rub it in Naga, anyway my personal shopper has just been on the phone and has purchased onions. That's Sunday sorted for me. And in my defence, I have had the BBQ going 3 times in the last week including a 7 hour cook for a rack of beef ribs..I am yearning curry though.

Thanks Guys, great that my vids and supper photos help inspire
members to get in their kitchens and do there own BIR style curries.

Had a break from creating YouTube content
Just been exploring other restaurant cuisines, for quite few months
Korean, Thai, Chinese and Nonya etc.. a bit of a mix up really.

Ive also been enjoying talking to a few retired Bangladeshi Chefs
and getting arguments going about the 70s and 80s BIR cooking
and how they cooked back then.

MA and Ziggy
Heres an interesting Ceylon Curry that I used to buy way back then
