Hi guys,
I love cooking of most kinds, love Indian food - trying to get the taste right can be hard and I think most of my stuff tastes the same! Grow as much of my own stuff as it is possible to do in southern England... heartened by videos of granny chucking handfuls of spices into watermelon hoops while I'm pissing around with quarter of a teaspoonsful of something...
Hope to enhance my knowledge on here :D

As Phil says, lots of stuff on here.  Feel free to ask.  A lot of people here who might be able to point you in the right direction if a Search doesn't come back with the results you are looking for.
