Well I made a veg soup in the week, blended up random selection of veg, then used leftovers as a curry base. It was gorgeous! I included a sweet red pepper so it wasn't too 'carroty', so I reckon I might recreate that as my curry base. Guess it would suit a ceylon if I add coconut milk? Roll on the weekend
