?150 a day!!!? :o?

I think I will be giving it a miss, I mean its a bit steep, I did a rally driving course which cost less than that and they provided the cars!!!

For ?400? ::) squid any local takeaway curry house would close for the day and give you full access to kitchen including their chef.....i know i would.

Maybe thats the answer, get 15 people together paying ?50 each and i bet they would teach you it all.

What a good idea, perhaps we should all gang together.  I emailed Ren yesterday.  She says that she can teach me how to make vindaloo, patia and dhansak, but it would not be quite the same as Indian restaurants because she does not use so much oil?  Aye!  My guess is that she probably cooks it authentic  i.e vinegar in vindaloo.

Ren, if you are there how about posting a recipe which would set us alight!
