Cherry tomato rose


Old school.  One of the best. Practice with a big (preferably rock hard) Dutch or Spanish tomato. An incredibly sharp knife is needed for a squishy tomato.  Watch those fingers.

Courgette pinwheels


For the ultimate onion bhaji presentation

Apple swan


For tandoori pork shashlik, or rogon josh.  Don't forget the lemon juice. Try sprinkling the apple flesh with a little salt and Kashmiri mirch.  Very tasty.
