ELW - i'm thinking for the tandoori meats and chicken tikka i'll just pull the embers to the front of the oven then cook the chicken on skewers raised above the coals. probably just use a couple of bricks to rest them on to start with! effectively it will be similar to a bbq but hotter and with the residual heat of the oven as well! fingers crossed!
