Glad to see the forum back up ;)

A Patvindi
Nice little number for supper.

Fusion curry, a Pathia and Vindaloo combo
Extra Hot, spicy, sweet and tangy sour sauce with Tikka Chicken
Served on a Mushroom Pilau.
