I've visited this forum a few times after googling various curry recipes. After trying some of them I had to join. Ive loved eating Indian curry for around 40 years.
 I've made one or two restaurant standard meals but plenty more that only pass as ok.
 Hopefully this forum helps me produce more restaurant standard curries.

Burn those spices "Singefry" and Bhunao are the keys to success.
Smoking Mustard Oil is good for You and your curries.....Lol
