Friday Curry Night

Had an old friend over for a curry and beers last night, great way to catch up

Chicken Balti, Chicken Vindaloo, Basmati Rice with fennel seed and Garlic Naans
You cant beat the heat

Both recipes are yours Chewy, the Balti is the one that uses Mangal Balti Masala and the Vindaloo using the red hot chilli sauce which adds a fantastic depth of flavour

The red hot chilli sauce is excellent. As you say Andy, adds a lovely depth of flavour.

Which reminds me  I need to get some dried chillies and get a batch made, soon get through it  :)
