Welcome onboard Andy, I always use my pressure cooker for Jb’s Base nowadays, can’t go wrong.. awesome. Was it used or new ? If used just check the gasket is in good nick Andy, you don’t want or need your ceiling plastering again.

Haha it is new LC, still took me by surprise when releasing the pressure  :o

I also use it for christmas puddings, really cuts the time if you're cooking a few.

I have a Tower PC which I bought for about £25 from a Argos (Sale) a few years ago.
I use it for 3 recipes

1 hour Base by Chewy
