Look for recent posts by 976bar — Bob is (or was: not sure which) chef with a university and has considerable experience in preparing curries in bulk.  P.S.  Welcome aboard !

Best way is to use the forum search facility: enter "976bar" in username, type "bulk" in the search field then tick the "search only in subject line" box then you'll get hits on all 976bar's bulk recipe threads.

Hello dask & welcome,

I'd love to hear how your buffet goes!
I am going to try Chicken Tarka Masala tonight. It’s meant to be like Tikka but this is a little ‘otter
