Vindy and Chips
« on: January 04, 2019, 01:26 AM »
Good old Chicken Vindaloo and Chips for supper
Made a fresh Garabi earlier, bought some overpriced Maris Piper new potatoes
So Vindy and Chips, with fresh green chillis for supper.

N.B. 25ml of oil used in this dish.

cheers Chewy

you can't beat proper home cooked chips and Maris Pipers make the best, I hate oven chips.

Looks the biz mate. What's your latest base these days. ?
I'm still using your original 3 hour base and mix powder, wondered if it changed over the year's.

Whoa, great to see some of the old crew posting again ;D

Thanks Guys, just the right amount of oil for the healthy option.  ;D ;D Yum Indeed.

Maris Pipers were worth the price after all, Lush Chips. :P

Yes Davey, mostly do the digital version, with my Multi cooker.
A smaller quantity but more often as its kitchen friendly and you just load it up and forget about it
It can vary slightly, depending on whats in store, but mainly just adjusting the mirepoix to whats at hand.
