Welcome A Board Smurfbir

The only advice I might give is to read all the comments to any given recipe over the months/years as sometimes the nuggets are in the replies that suggest a different base/spice mix or single product.

Hi and welcome. Lots of good recipes here. One tip I’ve found to be true - don’t assume that the recipes with the most feedback are the best ones. I’ve found some great recipes with few if any follow up responses, and others which generated a huge response were quite disappointing.
