Hello all,

I have been lurking and dipping in and out of this site for many years. I have read and observed many posts from across the board.  I have produced some amazing curries, tandoori's and sides. Made many base's, classic base's not so classic base's and base's that I have adapted and worked for me . I hope to share some really good things I have picked up along the way so look out for future posts from me.  I would like to thank all contributors to this forum who have been dedicated in taking time to help us all to produce the great BIR!

I also lurked for a while that eventually seemed too long to remain in the shadows profiting from the knowledge and experience of the thousands of contributions on these forums.  To my mind, I have not as yet contributed anything of significant value, I wish you more success.

When you start posting, dont forget photos of your efforts.
It kind of backs up a post, rather than just reading more spurious musings of late.
Burn those spices "Singefry" and Bhunao are the keys to success.
Smoking Mustard Oil is good for You and your curries.....Lol

I am quite new here, too. I have learned a lot in a very short time here. Everyone is incredibly generous with their time and knowledge.
