I stuck a post on the in2curry site F.A.O. indian restaurant chefs.
I was hoping I'd get some reply.
Nothing so far in 24 hours.
In fact,our old site really looks very quiet.
I hope something interesting gets posted soon.
There or here.
I have no chefs to see, nothing on the horizon.
I was thinking maybe we could do a "CHEFS REVEALED" section.
Get a thread where we posted our portraits.
Then I thought, maybe that could be a bad thing, as a being anonymous probably helps, for getting into kitchens.
You might end up on a wanted posted at takeaways.
I decided to compromise and have posted only my left eye.

I got a reply from creative chef on in2curry
He said:-

Thank you for your suggestion Pete we are looking into this, however, time and co-operation can be very difficult to obtain from busy restauranteurs. We will try our best please bear with us everyone.

You never know, maybe this will amount to something!

Jen was asking about restaurant help on in2curry and here's what they said:-

Just to keep everyone posted, we are talking to a well established Indian restaurant in the Midlands to see if we can provide some sort of package for all you interested parties out there. They're playing games Pete and having a laugh!!  Mind you if they do come up with some sort of package that would be great - for us and them, they might also get some traffic back along the way.

I don't think theres much chance, I signed up for their monthly newsletter with recipes etc.. nearly 2 years ago now and I still haven't seen a single one!
