Hi Stew and all the rest, this site is going to grow into a fountain of knowledge? :D. If anyone has a good recipe for Dhansak, then I would love you forever lol! I'm just in the middle of preparing a batch of curries for the next few days (about 12 people comming round for a party) so I'm going to be busy!
