PanPot's Ashoka Potato & Pea Curry

Ingredients:

- Pre boiled Bite sized pieces of potato with skins on
- Peas
- Oil 2-3tbs
- Garlic/Ginger Paste 1tbs (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=3915.msg35417;topicseen#msg35417)
- Tomato Paste 1tbs
- Cumin Powder 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Methi 1tsp
- Water

Method:

- Heat Oil
- Add Garlic/Ginger Paste and tomato Paste stir round and press into pan with the back of the chef's spoon for 1 minute
- Add spices and Methi and stir round and round,scraping down from the sides for 1 minute
- Add the potatoes and peas stir and coat before covering with water
- Gently simmer until cooked

Note no Curry Sauce used
