veg oil 4 tbsp, g/g paste 2 tsp, fined chopped onion 2 chef (8 tbsp ish), fine chopped green pepper 1 tbsp, LB spice mix 1 tsp, chilli powder 0.25 tsp, salt 0.25 tsp, tom puree 1 tsp, bunjarra 1 tbsp, Secret Santa Chilli sauce 1 tbsp, base 300ml, fresh tom segments (2 or 4 off ie 0.25 to 0.5 medium tom), mango chutney 1 tsp, pre fried garlic slithers (1 to 3 tbsp to suit, i added just before the dish was finished ~30 secs just enough to heat through).
