Hi
Scrambled eggs with chilli in pitta pockets, now that does make a lovely breakfast.

Having watched George's recent "sag aloo" video (1), I think this young lady might well be my favourite for 2011 if I can find out on what channel her programmes are broadcast !

Noy sure about Chilli Flakes and Scrambled egg but I did cook these fellas http://www.porkywhites.co.uk/roasted-garlic-and-cumin/index.html in a Toad-in-the-hole with red peppers and onion and which was very tasty indeed.

As for TV I don't really watch too much tele but I am partial to QI, the only other show that grabs my attention is Jimmy's Food Factory when it's on, oh and of course Top Gear.

I can see a new naan bread coming on here....... these sausages cut into thin slices, a little chilli and some fresh coriander........maybe some fried onions in there too?

Hell, we'll end up eating just naan bread and to hell with the main course!! lol :)

Tell you what, roll the sausage up in that naan bread of yours with all the trimmings and you'll truly have yourself a hot dog! :D

Gotta say though, sounds like a damn good idea. :)
