attached pic of Admins no base madras made with Razors chicken tikka. theres also some tikka prawns hiding in there somewhere.
a brilliant quick madras. really ticked the boxes for me. i ramped up the heat a wee bit by adding 1 tbsp crushed chilli flakes and also approx 8 small dried whole red chillis....must be a Glasgow thing  ;D

definitely one i will use again

Now that looks like my kind of curry  ;D. Looking at that pic, i can almost taste it :P. The more like rocket fuel, the better :o.  It's certainly not just a Glasgow thing Mr M ;D ;D ;D

Great pic mr.mojorisin and I am glad you like the recipe.
Im loving the rice in your dish, it looks spot on.

Hope everyone gives it a try when they need a curry in a hurry.

Wow !
That's a fiery little belter.
Very tasty curry and 'oh so quick.
I think maybe i did burn the onion,as the curry almost turned Crimson colour at one stage.
Still tasted mighty fine.
Will be making this again.....tomorrow.
