I went to my local Makro store about a week ago and picked up a case of "Super Bok", it's Portuguese and it's lovely... haven't had this since I was in Portugal about 7 years ago :)

My daughter (13) has been here as she is every Saturday so I have been drinking tea and Vimto (in separate cups/glasses of course). Tonight however I will be drinking cider in the beautiful sunshine.

Bernard 0.5% alcohol unpasteurised Czech amber beer.  Quite quaffable, but lacks the character and finish of Clausthaler Extra Herb (which is sadly out of stock, and has been for some time) and Main Thaler (which would appear to be no longer available).

There's nothing worse than waking up in the morning knowing that you are going to feel like that ALL day! :)

I love sparkling water, but usually add about a third of a fresh lemon to each glass. Must have had about 2 pints of the stuff this morning while cleaning the kitchen, and your right it has definitely got to be chilled :)

Khanh's family served something very similar at our recent "Safe Anaesthesia Worldwide" charity event, and it went down a treat (many requests for the recipe) : water, freshly squeezed lime, sugar and water (oops: and ice -- forgot that vital element).
