What's that, burning the onions and spilling the chili powder?  ;D ;D

Shhhh, don't let the secret out of the bag Bob ;)  All the best of luck, it'll be a marathon for sure.  I think the max number i've cooked for was 18 and by the end of the day i was *****d to say the least.  And i certainly didn't want to eat any of it that night.  I was quite happy with the brown bottles.  But it was rather pleasing hearing the remarks as the diners ate ::) ::)  Make sure you take pics as often as you can for us to savour the moment ;)

Following my grandson's 1st Birthday Party the other week, someone was so impressed with the Indian dishes I had cooked that he has asked me to cater for his wife's 40th Birthday Party this Saturday :)

Well done. Your cooking must be really good for you to be asked to supply that party. You could have the start of a viable catering business, there. Does that interest you?

Congratulations! You got through a power of work there and your photos look good enough to lick clean! :)

Glad it went well and everyone enjoyed it. After this success, the next one won't look so daunting.

Well done Bob :)

You served up Mr Naga as a condiment? Bet that blew the heads off a few of the uninitiated! ;)
