Hi been trying to cook curry for years with no luck, but hopefully with this forum I will be happy!!!

Hi Mate and welcome.  Please feel free to get a good feel for the forum, incl the video area as pictures paint a thousand words, etc and ask plenty of questions!

Hi thanks what a friendly bunch, So I did make my first base sauce over last weekend and made a Keema Madras on Tuesday, WOW all I can say is that it was better than the takeaways around me! Fantastic soooooo happy, thanks everyone. Onwards and upwards lots to learn.
