Title: Amaans "Chicken Tikka Handi"

Has anyone tasted this? Amaans is a well known Indian restaurant in Morley near Leeds. the curry is a deep flavoured red colour and is not too hot just really tasty, would love to cook it as I used to go 2 to 3 times a week and eat this. Has anyone tried this and cooked it? Long shot I know. lol

This from the menu, I know it doesn't help much.

A bit difficult really because of the regional thing again but try any Handi recipes and tweak for your own tastes.
