Sup guys, I love curries and I've started to cook one a week, so I got tired of rinsing out recipe books from the likes of Ainsley Harriott, I wanted to try some real recipes so I checked this place out, already tried a Balti today, verrrrry niiiiiiiice.

I was looking around but If I were to make up my own curry that is Indian style, but not a BIR or regional ting, do I go to the curry chat board?

Welcome and yo also. By your question do you mean a curry from scratch (without base). If you do then there's loads of sites on the web such as:
