Title: CA's Chicken Tikka

My Chicken Tikka (made to the recipe here:  http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1555.msg13736#msg13736 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1555.msg13736#msg13736)).  The chicken breasts were marinated overnight, placed on skewers and cooked on the barbecue..............

Here is a montage of my Chicken Tikka at various stages of preparation:

• Top Left:  Preparation of the "sizzler" (with onion, ghee and lemon juice added)
• Top Right:  "Sizzling" of pre-cooked Chicken Tikka
• Bottom Right:  Chicken Tikka served on a "sizzler"
• Bottom Right:  Chicken Tikka......ready to eat!

Looks absoluteley awesome your photo's are spot on :o
I'm just going to marinate some breasts for Tika and fridgerate till tomorrow I will hopefully upload some photo's.
