Having not been pleased with my base gravy have not cooked any for a while I made up 3 curries not really expecting them to be up to my usual standard but I have to say they all tasted top quality if I had my own trumpet I would blow it the pictures do not do the flavours justice but thought I would put them up any way

Good to see you posting Jamie. The achari is one on my radar to cook in the very near future. I could very easily go any one of those little beauties right now :P

Cheers CH
Been under doctors orders to cut down on the spicy food so not been cooking much of late the achari was my favourite out of the 3 i love pickled jalepeno's and they go great for me in this dish with the pickled mango i add a teaspoon of sugar just for balance

Shame about your base gravy, but it looks like a good curry session to me, regardless.
You might want to tweak your camera settings as the photos do seem to lack a bit vibrance and like you say don't do your curries justice.
Hope you don't mind, but I felt the urge to adjust one of your pics.

No problem chewy i actually took the photo's my phone a the batteries had died in the camera. I use you 3 hour base but for some reason this batch came out really pale.
