here's a couple of pics of some home grown chillies
not my own unfortunately, my parents grew these..Hungarian Wax variety I believe. (well so they told me, looks like some jalapenos have crept in there. lol)
first time growing chillies...good job methinks
Grown in sunny Glasgow..this is probably about 1/20th of the crop from a tiny wee greenhouse...rock on ma mum n dad :)

check these out just finished pickling them ;D this is two of my jalipino plants this year and I have 4 plants left to harvest.

Hi DO, just chop into rings then boil white whine vinegar or whatever for few mins, dissolve sugar and salt add water to dilute the mixture.
Then add rings and bring back to the boil until rings darken, then add to a jar.
Let cool and place in fridge and enjoy ;)
Can be eaten straight away when cooled.
Total process about 10 mins boil chillies for 5 mins till darken green.
