Title: Midnight Snack No 15

Midnight Snack 15
Big supper treat, Deshi Gosht, Saag Aloo with plenty of garlic and mustard oil and a fennel flavoured Pilau Rice.
Bought a couple of Lamb shoulder fillets, cut into 12 big bite pieces.

Gave it my PC precook, then curried it in medium to hot spiced sauce.
Along side a mild Fennel Pilau and a Garlic/Mustard Saag Aloo.

Complete and satisfying meal served on a modern restaurant platter (Ooh La La) ::)
Flavour guesswork combination, which really worked well on the eating. Nice :P

Looks delicious Chewy.
 Saag aloo is a firm fave of mine and I am loving all the lamb on here lately. Was looking in Tesco today for some but because it's Sunday there was nothing in the fridges.

Lovely food and presentation chewy.  I would have preferred a chive lattice for the garnish.

Various meatballs (kofta) this week, not really BIR style
but fancy experimenting with different meats for keema.

Might even do some veggy versions, ooh err missus ;D

Indeed there has.  Don't think i've seen a single dish i wouldn't mind tucking into, including the trinidad, bhut, moruga and reaper creation  :P.  In fact it's probably what i need to shift this flu  >:(
