Would like to rip that Naan to bits! Looks well tasty 8) do you have any issue getting your Naan to stick chewy? Mine always slide of on the flip from the non stick.

What a beauty! We don't buy SR flour as plain is much cheaper here and you can just add some baking powder. Which your naan proves in reverse :)

Thanks for the reply and hints Chewy I just picked up a stack of eggs so I will get stuck in, just finished making CBM red masala sauce and IMO it's dam tasty sauce for dipping Naan. ;)

your spoiling me as usual. that pic is just what i needed.
i cant resist straying off the path a little (only way to learn) and this weeks go on the naan was a complete disaster.
the pic and few words have re motivated and ready to get the milk out and dump the fermenting.
