Title: CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA - WITHOUT PASTES / SAUCE
Post by: benmitchell88 on November 17, 2014, 09:39 PM
HI GUYS

EXCUSE THE CAPITAL LETTERS (KEYBOARD PROBLEM)  >:(

CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A GOOD RECIPE FOR C.T.M USING ONLY BASE, SPICES AND CREAM ETC. BUT NOT PASTES OR A SAUCE

BEEN MEANING TO TRY MAKING C.T.M THIS WAY FOR A WHILE NOW...

CHEERS, BEN  :D

Hi JLP there is one in Kris Dhillons Curry Secret but I haven't tried it but the book is held in quite high regard.

There might be a copy online etc or in the ebooks section

Hi Sverige

How could I forget that one, it's one of my faves, especially when made into a CTM phall!!!!

I just zipped thru the relevant forum section reading each CTM recipe. Surprising to me how much variation in this one dish, no real agreement between previous recipe authors on here as go how exactly it should be cooked!
