Hi all
Quick poll for you.
What is your favourite brand?
Or do you make your own?
Many thanks

Make my own (KD recipe); add at most 1/4 teaspoon just before serving.

I grind and make my own.
I have bought ready mixes in the past though, Jalpur, Rajah, Natco etc but you cant beat freshly ground.

I grind my own using the Zaal recipe, although I don't roast it first. I'm still keeping my eye out for the fabled Jalpur brand stuff but I havent seen it yet.

It is a nice GM, but very strong. You could make something similar by upping the green cardamom in a standard mix.

Thanks, Chewy, I'll give it a look next time I'm passing. Might get lucky! :)

Make my own based on tgad2007.
Don't use it at dish frying at all. If there is any jalpur in the IFFU mix it's not much either.
On last batch had no time to oven dry and blended straight away - saw no difference (per fried observation).
