Here is my thai green chicken curry! Including lime leaves frozen ones! And lemon grass etc This is my own formulation and I've been making this for around 10 years.

I love a Thai Curry, im pretty happy with my current recipe but yours must be good after 10 years! Care to share?

Hi Mattie Yes no problem you will need to get your hands on some lime leaves not the dried ones though you may not find fresh ones due to import regulations however frozen ones can be found in Chinesse supermarkets! Give me a day or to I will post my recipe on here

Not sure about over there but I can buy kaffir lime leaves preserved in a small jar of clear liquid.

Here is my recipe for my Thai green chicken curry, you simply place all your ingredients below into a non stick pan and simmer for around 40 minutes.

2 X tbs  green curry paste from a jar

300 ml of water

1x piece of cassia bark

1x lemon grass stalk fresh

4 x large lime leaves

2 x star anaise

6-8 fresh curry leaves

2x tbs of crispy fried onions

1x tsp dried garlic flakes
