Hello folks, my name is Dave and I'm a curry lover.
Where have you been hiding? I stumbled across this site by following a link in the Guardian and I'm very glad I did.
Still trying to navigate my way round and, I've got to say, not finding it easy. I've been rummaging around my cupboards and have decided to make one of my favourite chickpea and potato curries. I thought this would be a "standard" and hoped I could get inspiration from some of the versions on here but I can't find any.
Maybe it's just my fault and I haven't worked out the search function yet.
