Hmmm, one is forced to wonder whether "Chef Stephen" is also known (here) as "Stephen Lindsay", although I'm by no means certain that our Stephen is a vegetarian ...

I thought that too, Phil. But chef Stephen doesn't have a Dundee accent so ruled him out.
