Not much different from many others but it works well for me :)
Spice Mix
3 Tbsp Cumin
3 Tbsp Coriander
2 Tbsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp Fenugreek
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Fennel
