Title: best cut of lamb

Hi all not been on here for ages just a question whats the best cut of lamb for pre cooking is there much meat on shoulder

I've been getting half leg/shoulder from Tesco recently at about a tenner.

Probably get enough meat for three or four portions, but at times only two. Bit of a hit or miss but you can cut into chunk sizes you want.

I tikka'd it and cooked in Tandoori oven lovely
