Alway full of good intentions, me. It's only taken 9 years to get around to making these curry puffs (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=7633.msg66088#msg66088)!
I can confirm everyone else's opinion, though - it's a first-class snack!

Admittedly, the pastry is a little peely-wally, but the puffs were still nice and crispy. My oven seems to be a little slow (and there was a queue for oven time!) so I'll maybe bake them at Gas Mk 5 next time.

Can you put a link on here please so we can find them?

Blind as a bat I am, thank you x

I made some of these and thoroughly recommend them, really easy to make and very popular with everyone who's tried them, well worth making

Aye! They are very nice, aren't they?
In my orginal post, I should have added that I used Pataks Balti Spice Paste instead of the specified Madras Paste that had been lying in the back of a cupboard for nearly 9 years! Perhaps not authentic, but very tasty nevertheless!

Nice work Naga. These are a great little snack and always enjoyed by work colleagues. I have similarly aged Patak's pastes myself ;D

9 years LoL, ;D ;D as your obviously not dead, just shows how long these spice pastes
can last in the home, if your not too fussy! ;D ;D
Can imagine these puffs stuffed with you favourite BIR Bhuna, very easy to do! ;)
Good Bump for Madmats festive treats.
cheers Chewy

Haha! I binned the old Pataks stuff, Chewy! I also binned the 9 year old can of corned beef sitting beside it and bought a new one! I'm definitely not dead and I want to keep it that way lol! :)
